Looking at recent trends in the oil market as compared to recent times, one would seek to ask the ultimate question which is when will the increase come since all analysis is pointing to the inevitable. the current IMF regulatory tool introduced which is for all government to stop subsidizing fuel and all fuel related goods, fuel prices will go up but the question is when.
